The Toota Group manufactures segmented antiballistic polymer RunFlat systems that keep military and security vehicles moving after tire loss. Two systems, one purpose: up to 100 km of run-flat mobility on deflated tires.
Static RunFlat
TOOTA RUNFLAT SYSTEM
Designed for multi-piece (3-piece demountable) military wheels — the standard on heavy armor and tactical platforms. Made of 3 antiballistic polymer segments that bolt around the wheel rim. The beadlock function is particularly strong in run-flat mode: even fully deflated tires do not rotate on the rim. Available in an EcoStatic variant for 2-piece bolt-together rims.

3-segment, multi-piece rim. 100 km on road / 2 hours off road at 30 km/h. 3 km escape at up to 90 km/h, then 22 km at 50 km/h, then 75 km at 25 km/h. Maximum endurance for extended missions.
Dynamic RunFlat
TOOTA RUNFLAT SYSTEM
Our most popular system, with thousands currently in use globally. Made of 2 or 3 antiballistic polymer segments for single-piece wheels on cars, SUVs, trucks, tactical vehicles, and trailers. The patented locking design requires no specialist tools — and the system delivers smooth, vibration-free performance at highway speeds, even up to 120 mph.

3-segment system. 50 km on road (3 km at up to 90 km/h, then 10 km at 50 km/h, then 37 km at 25 km/h) or 40 km off-road at 20 km/h. The mid-range workhorse.
Toota RunFlat Lubricant
When a tire runs deflated, it drags against the insert and generates serious heat. Our long-life RunFlat grease goes in at installation and slashes that friction — protecting the tire, protecting the insert, and extending how far you can actually drive on a flat. Available on its own, not just with our RunFlat systems.
